Backed by SPAR Eastern Cape, the SPAR Heritage Tour has already brought vibrant energy to stores in Port Alfred, Qonce and Mdantsane, where shoppers and community members gathered to enjoy live entertainment from one of the province’s most beloved performers, Gino Fabbri.
